Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, purchasing, or using any software, extension, VPS server, or proxy service provided by TatkalSoftwarePro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
2. Software License & Validity Policy
All software license keys issued by TatkalSoftwarePro are non-transferable, single-user licenses valid for the specific PNR tier and duration (e.g., 30 Days) selected at purchase. Sharing, reselling, or reverse-engineering license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the key without refund.
3. Payment, Renewal & Refunds
Payments submitted via UPI QR code or UTR transaction verification are manually reviewed and activated upon confirmation. Because our digital products grant immediate access to software setup downloads and license keys, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a key has been activated. Subscriptions must be renewed prior to expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.
4. Acceptable Usage Policy
You agree to use TatkalSoftwarePro utilities in full compliance with applicable Indian telecommunication and internet guidelines. Users must not utilize our cloud VPS hosting or residential proxies for fraudulent activities, spamming, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or malicious server disruption.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TatkalSoftwarePro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from server downtime, third-party network outages, booking failures, or user configuration errors.
